Southern Oklahoma Realty - Terms and Conditions

At Southern Oklahoma Realty, we believe your home should be the perfect fit. Our Love Your Home Guarantee ensures you have the confidence and flexibility you deserve, even after you move in.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Home must be purchased with a licensed Southern Oklahoma Realty agent representing the buyer.
  • Property must be used as a primary residence and must be owner-occupied.

Time Frame

  • Guarantee is valid for 18 months from the official closing date.
  • Written notice of intent to activate the guarantee must be provided before the 18-month window expires.

Listing Agreement Terms

  • Seller must sign an exclusive listing agreement with Southern Oklahoma Realty.
  • No listing commission will be charged to the seller.
  • Seller will be responsible only for:
    1- Buyer’s agent commission (if applicable)
    2- Any pre-agreed home preparation or repair costs, if necessary

Time Exclusions

  • Significant property damage, neglect, or alterations that affect the home’s resale value
  • Misrepresentation of buyer’s financial qualifications or property details
  • Refusal to list the home at a market-supported price or to consider
  • reasonable offers
    Extraordinary economic conditions beyond normal market factors (e.g., natural disasters)

  • This is not a buyback or refund program.
  • The guarantee covers professional listing and resale services provided by Southern Oklahoma Realty.
  • Our goal is to support a successful resale at fair market value, ensuring you feel confident every step of the way.
