Eythan Tibbs with Southern Oklahoma Realty stepped in to assist the Bank with a foreclosure property in Oklahoma and made the entire process seamless. He helped prepare the property, list it, and successfully market and sell it with ease. Communication was excellent throughout the transaction, keeping the Bank informed every step of the way and eliminating the need for travel to the property location. We could not have asked for a smoother transaction and highly recommend Eythan for his professionalism and dedication.

We couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent! Emma Rena went above and beyond to advocate for us as buyers and always had our family's best interests at heart. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and made the entire process feel so much less stressful.

What meant the most was how committed she was to helping us find the perfect home.. not just any house. She listened to what we wanted and searched until we found the right fit for our family. She was also able to help us save quite a bit of money in the end!

We are so grateful for everything Emma helped us out with and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent who cares about her clients.

Emma Dougherty is an absolute standout real estate agent. I was initially worried after being let down by other realtors, but Emma’s drive and hunger for success far exceeded my expectations. She successfully put two properties under contract and sold them both in a short timeframe, perfectly meeting and actually exceeding, my timeline.
The entire team at Southern Oklahoma Realty is fantastic, but Emma was hands-down the star of the show for me. She answered every single question promptly, even when she had to track down the answers herself. While these weren’t the most complex deals, there were definitely some challenges along the way, and Emma handled every one with impressive professionalism and determination; qualities that are unfortunately rare in this field.

She made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and successful. I couldn’t be happier with the results.

10/10 — I will absolutely partner with Emma again on any future real estate deals!
Highly recommend Emma Dougherty at Southern Oklahoma Realty!

Emma was an absolute blessing to us during our house buying adventure. We moved from out of state and had a million questions and concerns about moving to OK. She walked us through every step of the way, always responding to texts and calls, making recommendations for everything you can thing of, and overall welcoming us to OK. She went above and beyond to help us with the house search and buying process, especially with us being out of state during the process. I am so grateful for her and she definitely made the process easy! 10/10 recommend Emma for any real estate needs!

Emma Dougherty is the Best! I live in Fort Worth TX, and purchased a property in Hugo OK, Emma was there step by step throughout the process. Helpful, insightful, more importantly she listens! A real people person! She is now assisting me in purchasing a house to flip in Ardmore OK. She understands flipping houses, so is not waisting my time. She has a way of putting you at ease!

I live by old fashion standards, Emma
Impressed me because she is a mother first and a Realtor 2nd! Yet never leaves you wanting! A real gym! Jugging family as she builds her business caring for home buyers! If you are looking for a realtor! Emma Dougherty is the Best!

Want to talk about AMAZING commitment and drive???
We worked with Lori Hillis for TEN MONTHS, we looked at FOURTEEN houses, made offers on FOUR, TWO of which went for OVER asking price. Y’all after two months of waiting on the title company(not Lori’s fault and she stayed on top of them just like we did), we were able to snag the MOST PERFECT HOME for our family! Lori worked nights and weekends for us. She cried and celebrated with us through it all in an extremely tough market, she was always available to answer our questions and help us feel like we were making the best decisions. We are extremely grateful for all her hard work!

I met Diane when I lived in Texas. When I moved to Washington and my husband and I bought our first house together, we worked with a local real estate agent BUT Diane was still my consultant, go-to expert. She is Knowledgeable with a Capital K when it comes to real estate.

Selling my house was a hard experience, I had lived in Majestic Hills for over 40 years and knew all my neighbors and felt safe. BTW it's a great neighborhood. Marcus Cunningham made selling so much easier, his enthusiasm, professionalism and his photos and video sold my home in 4 days. I am very grateful for Marcus and his expertise. Would definitely recommend Marcus and yes I would use him again.

We love the people at United Country Realty! They sold our home in Madill Okla.very fast! They took great pictures and loads of advertising. They did such a good job the first family they showed bought it! Everything went very smoothly and they took care of it all. We would not hesitate to use them again.
